Are you looking to sell, buy or rent an apartment? Even if in the last few years the real estate market in Cluj-Napoca has become one of the most expensive markets in Romania, the market in recent months has changed, with rising interest rates and the slowdown in lending being some of the reasons that would lead many to believe that real estate prices have fallen.
Where is the real estate market in Cluj-Napoca today? What is the price per square meter that you should aim for if you want to sell a property and what is the amount you should take out of your pocket if you want to buy a property? Have prices fallen, stayed constant or risen since the beginning of the year and so far?
We are waiting for you on Thursday 28 September 2023, starting at 7pm, at Urania Social Hub, at the 7th monthly meeting of the Carpathia Investment Club, to find out everything you need to know about the REAL ESTATE MARKET IN CLUJ!
